Federal, state, and local government agency employees are eligible for complimentary registration under applicable ethics regulations, including the Widely Attended Gathering (WAG) exception (5 C.F.R. § 2635.204(g)(2)) and participation in an official capacity (5 C.F.R. § 2635.204(g)(1)).
