Kyle Barry, PMP, is a Director in the Technical Solutions Group at NIBS since December 2017. He manages projects for a number of Federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Energy Federal Energy Management Program, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command. He also serves as staff liaison to the following NIBS Consultative Council and Off-Site Construction Council. Prior to joining NIBS, he served as the Program Director for the Building Energy Solutions Division at Energetics Incorporated, where he supported the U.S. Department of Energy Building Technologies Office. He holds a Master of Public Policy from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University, and a BA in Political Science and Economics from Loyola University Maryland.
